We’re big on flexibility (as a life concept, but also in our scheduling). Appointments are available Monday through Saturday mornings, afternoons and evenings, in-person at the Chicago office or virtually for Illinois residents that are unable to attend in person.

Appointments

All sessions are 50 minutes long, typically on a weekly or biweekly basis, unless otherwise discussed with your clinician. Committing to consistency makes a big difference.

The Initial Session

Drop your shoulders. Release the tension. Breeeathe. Your initial session is all about getting to know your therapist and vice versa. We’re all about compatibility, and connecting you with the right member of our team is everything to us. During this session, your therapist will get to know you and what you want to work on. Together, you’ll discuss actionable goals and how to move forward with intention.

We currently accept several forms of insurance, as well as self-pay for sessions. Each clinician accepts different types of insurance, so be sure to check with your clinician (or check their bio page) to confirm they take your insurance. If you have questions regarding coverage, feel free to reach out and we can help you with a benefits check prior to your first session. We also provide superbills for those that want to submit claims to their insurance companies independently.
