In a world that is non-stop, I strive to create a place where slowing down is not only welcomed but celebrated. Slowing down comes with an invitation to open yourself up to the challenge of being a true witness to your experience. Vulnerability, Intimacy, Authenticity, Commitment. Are you ready for the opportunity?

We are surrounded by relationships constantly. These relationships may be family, friends, intimate partners, coworkers, etc. These relationships have great power to impact our lives, just like we have great power to affect our relationships. Through my integrative approach, I work to take all impacts into consideration to foster a deeper understanding of self.

I have a particular interest in working with clients as they are in the crossroads of challenging their identity. This identity work can look like dismantling shame, exploring intimacy on your own terms, understanding generational trauma, processing an intimate relationship and beyond. My approach focuses on exploring the stories that have been written throughout your life and actively deciding which parts serve you. I also emphasize the mind-body connection. Noticing how your body feels while digging into untouched parts of yourself can offer a fresh understanding. With this understanding, we will work to offer tenderness towards these lonely parts. Throughout therapy, I strive to create a warm and non-judgmental space to help you feel as safe as possible to evolve in a new way.

Through my own lived experiences, I have a deep passion for expanding the way we talk about intimacy. Gone are the days where we talk about intimacy in the limited views of “just sex” and here are the days to dive into all of the uncharted areas surrounding the topic. I love exploring he intersections that intimacy has within shame, body image, communication, religion, family, societal impacts, culture and more.

Like everything, I believe therapy is meant to be multi-faceted. We will share laughs and tears – hopes and dreams – fears and disappointments. As humans, we are dynamic. My goal is that therapy feels the same.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts & Science in Psychology & Family Sciences from Florida State University and my Master of Science in Marriage & Family Therapy at Northwestern University through The Family Institute. I will be attending the University of Michigan in Spring of 2024 to complete my certificate in Sex Therapy & Sex Education.

We all carry so much, sometimes without even realizing it. You deserve to tell your story, to be heard and understood. The journey may be unpredictable and messy but the compassion and love shared in our space is a guarantee I hope you can rely on.
