Sex is fun, but sometimes things get in the way. Stress, shame, miscommunications, or trauma can quietly build walls between us and the pleasure and connection we crave—desire changes, intimacy feels out of reach, and past experiences start shaping how we show up with ourselves and our partners.

That’s where therapy comes in—a space to untangle what’s getting in the way, reconnect with your desires, and feel more fully like yourself again.

My approach is collaborative and grounded in anti-oppressive, culturally responsive frameworks. I empathetically challenge my clients to align their actions with their values, embrace their authentic desires, confront internalized shame, and step into their sexual agency with confidence, curiosity, and care. Whether we're untangling anxious thoughts, rewriting old narratives, or practicing consent and communication skills, I’m here for the messy, tender, and even delightfully kinky parts of the journey.

I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to support you in processing emotional blocks, challenging old ways of thinking, building healthy communication, and rediscovering pleasure and connection. I bring compassion, clinical skill, and cultural awareness to every session, and I strive to co-create a space where you can feel safe, seen, and empowered.

Through my various personal and professional experiences, I found that my therapy passion is to provide a thoughtful and affirming therapy room for disenfranchised populations. I specialize in working with marginalized communities to ensure access to culturally competent, affirming care. I work closely with queer, BIPOC, and transgender and gender nonconforming clients, and have extensive experience with consensual non-monogamy (CNM) and the kink and BDSM community. Whether you’re struggling with sexual trauma, identity exploration, erotic conflict, or relationship conflict, I’m here to help you reconnect with yourself and your relationships in more authentic, fulfilling ways.

I take an integrative approach, tailoring therapy to each person’s strengths while drawing from a range of evidence-based and relational modalities to support my client’s unique needs. I often reach for Narrative Therapy to help clients re-author limiting stories about themselves, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support shifts in unhelpful thought patterns. My work is grounded in intersectional feminist practices, acknowledging how systems of power and identity shape lived experience. I also incorporate somatic and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients reconnect with their bodies and re-engage in safety and pleasure. In working with couples and relational systems, I draw from Gottman and Emotionally Focused Therapy to deepen emotional connection, foster secure attachment, and support effective communication.

Everyone deserves thoughtful, affirming care that fosters healing, self-discovery, and connection. I’m here for the messy, tender, and even delightfully kinky parts of the journey. If you're ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to support you on your journey.
