Are you looking for support in navigating sexual dissatisfaction? Do you need a space to safely process the trauma or deconstruct the unhelpful narratives that hinder you from becoming your most genuine sexual self? The world can be heavy, and I am here to help you carry that weight.

As a systemic couples therapist, I believe that one individual is not the problem, but rather the undesirable patterns that live in the space between people. I support my clients in identifying and healing relational wounds, exploring how intrapersonal and interpersonal dynamics influence each other, and fostering a life that feels chosen rather than predetermined. We will accomplish this by identifying what experiences and narratives shape you, exploring current emotions and values, and fostering the self-agency and self-worth needed to live your most authentic life. All behavior makes sense in context, and I am honored to work alongside my clients to identify theirs.

As a queer, kinky, and neurodiverse woman, I know what it is like to feel like you cannot be your authentic self with your therapist. I am a LGBTQIA+, CNM, and kink-affirming therapist, with a firm belief that therapy should celebrate and center the diverse identities and experiences of all clients. My goal is to create a space where my clients can speak freely without filtering or fear of stigmatization, and I am happy to collaborate with you to make that happen.

I specialize in working with couples who are experiencing desire discrepancy, sexual shame, or who are navigating the integration of kink dynamics into their relationship. My style of conducting therapy is client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive. In the therapy room, I approach sessions with a laid-back, direct, and feminist stance. If you are looking for a therapist who is soft-spoken and remains neutral, I may not be the best fit for you. If you would like to work with someone who challenges you, names systems of oppression, and explores power imbalances within your relationship, then I'm your person. I know finding the right therapist can be hard!
