Seeking therapy is an act of courage. Whatever brings you here, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you heal, reconnect with yourself, and create a life with more safety, connection, pleasure, and joy.

So many of us move through life carrying experiences that tell us who we should be, what we should want, and what we're allowed to feel. Trauma, shame, relationships, culture, and the messages we've received from others can quietly disconnect us from ourselves and our bodies. I believe that healing is about more than surviving.

My goal is to make therapy a place where you can to reconnect with yourself and reclaim your sense of agency. Together, we'll create a space where you can explore your experiences with curiosity rather than judgment, uncover patterns that no longer serve you, and begin building a life that feels more authentic and fully alive.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply curious. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and challenged when it serves your growth. Therapy with me is an open conversation in which we can laugh, cry, sit quietly with difficult emotions, and celebrate moments of insight together. I believe meaningful change comes through understanding ourselves more deeply while experiencing safety, validation, emotional regulation, and empowerment.

I work with both individuals and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, identity exploration, and sexual well-being. I have a particular passion for supporting survivors of sexual assault and other forms of trauma, as well as clients working through painful sex, desire discrepancy, infidelity, communication challenges, and questions surrounding sexuality and intimacy. Whether you're healing from painful experiences, exploring your identity, or hoping to strengthen your relationship with yourself or your partner, I believe therapy can offer an opportunity to move beyond survival and toward greater connection, fulfillment, and joy.

I received my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Certificate in Sex Therapy from Adler University and am currently working toward AASECT Sex Therapy Certification. I completed my clinical internship at Resilience Chicago (formerly Rape Victim Advocates), where I worked alongside survivors of sexual assault.
