In a world where disconnection, loneliness, and individualism are pervasive, we all deserve a safe, dedicated and connected space to have someone bear witness and hold our lived experiences - our rich contexts and cultures, our dynamic relationships with others, our moments of joy and strength, and our seasons of grief. I believe therapy can be that space.

Therapy, for me, is an inherently spiritual process of continuous unlearning and relearning, nurturance, attunement, and self-understanding. Healing is not a destination, but rather a practice, and a place to return to again and again with new insights and meaning at each phase of life.

In our work together, we will untangle what feels unmanageable, and in that process, create room for greater authenticity and access to your fullest expression of self. I seek to build a trusting therapeutic relationship through providing warmth, curiosity, compassion, and most of all, attunement to your felt experiences. As a therapist I enable renewed meaning-making, create opportunities for clarity and understanding around all of your parts that make up your inner world (even those that feel hardest to sit with!), promote greater acceptance of self, and drive intimacy, hope, and connection in your relationship with yourself and others. I wholeheartedly trust in your innate abilities to grow, to self-actualize, and the deep and inherent wisdom you each hold within yourselves. I want you to feel safe and secure within our co-created space to explore what needs to be explored; my aim is to empower you to give yourself permission to feel deeply and fully, and to access pleasure, joy, and rest. I hope to learn from your lived experiences and to sit alongside you in vulnerability and openness.

I work from a client-centered lens and am passionate about working with individuals and relationships navigating: relationship conflict and disconnection, communication issues, trust repair, trauma processing, unaddressed family of origin and attachment wounds, inner child healing, and challenges with self-esteem and self-confidence. I attend to being a culturally competent therapist that considers the contexts and identities of my clients and make space for curiosity and humility within the therapeutic relationship. I foster a therapeutic space that is identity-affirming, sex-positive, and polyamorous- and kink-friendly.

I received my Master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy from Adler University and I approach my therapeutic work from a trauma-informed and holistic lens using emotionally-focused therapy combined with Internal Family Systems. I integrate mindfulness, experiential therapeutic work, creativity, humor, and use emotions as the primary agent of change within the therapeutic relationship.
